In order to help you make an informed decision about your education and your future, we have put together the below statistics to make it easy for you to learn more about our programs. We want to prepare students for gainful employment in an occupation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

In accordance with the U.S. Department of Education's new regulations on Program Integrity: Gainful Employment Disclosures, Millennium Training Institute is disclosing the following information about our programs to prospective students. These are the codes designated by the U.S. Department of Education's Statistics for use when reporting statistical information for each program.

This information, which is reported annually into the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), can be found at nces.ed.gov/cellegenavigator. For information on employment opportunities related to each of these training programs please follow the link to the U.S. Department of Labor's O*NET website at www.onetonline.org. This website contains the Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes that provide detailed occupational information and statistics to assist in the assessment of a specific occupation.

Clinical Medical Assistant

In compliance with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, regulation 940 CMR 31.05: Required Disclosures, we are providing the following Graduate and Total Placement Rates:

Graduate Placement Rate: the breakdown of the above listed Graduate Placement Rate into Full-Time (at least 32 hours per week), non-temporary employment in the graduate’s field of study during the latest two calendar years for which the school has obtained verification, and Part-Time employment.

Graduate Placement Rate = 91%: breakdown: FT=92%, PT=8%

Total Placement Rate: consists of all students enrolled in the program during the latest two calendar years whom obtained Full-Time (at least 32 hours per week), non-temporary employment in their field of study.

Total FT Placement Rate = 63%

Millennium Training Institute provides students with placement assistance, however the school cannot guarantee employment.

Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act Emergency Funds Disclosure

As directed by the U.S. Department of Education, electronic announcement posted on May 6, 2020 related to the “CARES Act” Emergency Funds Disclosure, the institution is publishing the following information:

Acknowledgement of the Certification and Agreement for the Emergency Cares Funds

Millennium Training Institute signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that the institution has used, or intends to use funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.

Total Amount of Funds Received for Students Portion

Millennium Training Institue has been allocated $72,909 in funding through the federal CARES Act, the Act requires the school to distribute the fund to students to cover emergency expenses arising from the disruption in campus operations.

Millennium Training Institute will begin distributing CARES Act funds to eligible students starting the week of May 18th. Federal guidance precludes the distribution of CARES Act funds to international students, DACA students, and students exclusively enrolled in online programs as of March 13, 2020.

Eligibility

These funds are available to provide grants to students for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to the coronavirus. A student’s financial need may have increased based on recent events related to the coronavirus pandemic. Eligible expenses would include food, housing, technology, course materials, health care and child care.

  • Student must meet Title IV eligibility requirements in order to receive the emergency grant.
  • Student must remain on active status and in good standing.

Allocation for Distribution

Millennium Training Institute will distribute $72,909 equally and directly to students with a maximum distribution of $548 per student. The payments will be sent to students via check to their address on record. The Institute’s goal is to ensure funds are distributed as widely as possible, therefore, funds will be distributed to all eligible students evenly.

All the funds will be completely distributed to students within 90 days.

Millennium Training Institute is committed to expending the funds received under this act to enhance student support services to promote academic success, physical and mentally health initiatives.

133 students were eligible for the grant as of July 10, 2020, and 133 students have received the grant money as of July 10, 2020.
